About Patty McLemore
Welcome to North Texas or as the locals refer to it as “Texoma”! If you are new to the area, then I can’t wait to introduce you to the community. If you are a native “Texoman”, I look forward to assisting you in whatever your real estate wants or needs may be.
My parents returned to this area to retire in 1972 after my dad spent 20 years of active service in the Air Force. We were stationed here back when I was in grade school and they liked the area so well they decided to call Iowa Park “home.” I graduated from Iowa Park in 1977 and have lived and worked here ever since. My husband and I will celebrate 30 years of marriage in February of 2015 and are richly blessed by God with three beloved children and four granddaughters and one grandson.
I received my real estate license in 1990. I have been active on the Wichita Falls Multiple Listing Service as a member, director and have served as the Secretary Treasurer officer for a combined total of 11 years. I was formerly licensed as a Real Estate Instructor. I have been blessed with a few honors which are hanging on my wall if you care to see; most recently acquired my Military Relocation Professional (MPR) accolade. However, with those things noted, my most important obligation and desire is to serve my clients! It’s important for me to keep my client’s wants and needs as a priority. My goal is to see my client’s smile with a transaction well done! If I can be of service to you, please call today and let’s get started!
